Job Description

The Senior Office Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative and office support, ensuring smooth office operations, proper documentation, and effective coordination of activities within the organization.

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA or BA Degree in Business Administration or related fields from a recognized university
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, of which at least 3 years as an Office Assistant, preferably in an Import and Export company
  • Strong knowledge of office management procedures
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and internet tools
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office correspondence, files, and documentation systems
  • Support management with scheduling, reports, and meetings
  • Coordinate office supplies, logistics, and administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with office procedures and standards
  • Assist in organizing company records and confidential documents
  • Support internal communication and workflow coordination
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
