Job Description
The Senior Office Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative and office support, ensuring smooth office operations, proper documentation, and effective coordination of activities within the organization.
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA or BA Degree in Business Administration or related fields from a recognized university
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, of which at least 3 years as an Office Assistant, preferably in an Import and Export company
- Strong knowledge of office management procedures
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and internet tools
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office correspondence, files, and documentation systems
- Support management with scheduling, reports, and meetings
- Coordinate office supplies, logistics, and administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with office procedures and standards
- Assist in organizing company records and confidential documents
- Support internal communication and workflow coordination
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
