Key Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing review and refinement of the performance management cycle (goal setting, quarterly reviews, and year-end assessments).
• Integrate modern performance practices with the bank’s existing structure.
• Ensure the system links clearly to strategic priorities, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Benchmark industry best practices to maintain competitiveness.
• Develop and deliver training, toolkits, and resources for managers and employees.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and gaps.
• Generate reports on performance outcomes, rating distributions, and talent metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy and security in the performance management system.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for HR Business Partners and senior managers on complex issues such as underperformance and performance differentiation.
• Facilitate calibration sessions to ensure fairness and consistency in performance ratings across departments.

Job Requirements

• Education: BA/MBA/MA in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, Leadership, or related fields.
• Experience: 5.5(BA) /3.5(MA) years in relevant fields, preferably in banking, including at least 2 years as a relevant officer.
• Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical, communication, and advisory skills; ability to manage complex performance processes; leadership in HR initiatives.
