Job Description

This role ensures effective implementation of performance management, succession planning, and HR strategy alignment across the bank. The officer supports leadership in building a strong talent pipeline and maintaining employee engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement succession planning and performance management frameworks.
  • Monitor employee performance evaluations and provide feedback mechanisms.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with internal standards.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for development.
  • Support talent development programs and organizational capability-building initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of HR management, performance evaluation, and succession planning principles.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to implement HR strategy at the operational level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MA/BA in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience, including 2 years as Succession & Performance Management Officer or equivalent.
