Job Description
Enat Bank S.C. is a private financial institution established to provide inclusive banking services with special focus on empowering women.The Senior Training Officer is responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness to improve employee performance and productivity.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, surveys, and input from management
- Design and develop training programs to address identified skill gaps
- Deliver training programs using appropriate methods in line with bank policies and regulations
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance measurement
- Prepare training reports and documentation
- Work independently and collaboratively with teams
- Perform other related duties as required
Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
- BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, Leadership, or related fields with 5.5 years relevant experience
OR - MBA / MA in the same fields with 3.5 years relevant experience
- Preferably experience in the banking industry
- At least 2 years in a relevant officer position
Additional Requirements:
- TOT Certification from a recognized organization
- Strong organizational and time management skills
