Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts across endpoints, networks, servers, and BPO platforms
• Support client data protection and customer information systems
• Assist in enforcing information security and data privacy policies
• Manage user access controls for agents, supervisors, and admin staff
• Participate in security incident detection, reporting, and response
• Support vulnerability scans and basic risk assessments
• Ensure secure configuration of CRM, ticketing, and call center systems
• Maintain security logs and incident documentation
• Assist with client security audits and compliance checks
• Contribute to staff cyber-security awareness and safe data handling practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber-security, IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience (internship or entry-level security/IT support acceptable)
• Basic understanding of network and system security
• Awareness of data privacy and client confidentiality requirements
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments

Required Skills

• Knowledge of cyber-security threats and attack methods
• Understanding of access control and password security practices
• Awareness of phishing, social engineering, and insider risks
• Analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Good communication for working with operations teams

Preferred Knowledge

• Call center or BPO systems, CRM and ticketing platforms
• Data protection and privacy controls, ISO 27001 or similar frameworks
• Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) tools, SIEM dashboards

Preferred Certifications (Optional)

• CompTIA Security+, 
• ISC2 CC, 
• Network+, or any entry-level cyber-security certification
