Key Responsibilities

Technical Oversight & System Management

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of registration platforms and databases
• Ensure system performance, scalability, availability, and security
• Oversee integration with payment gateways, ID systems, CRMs, and other platforms
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements

Registration Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day registration operations (digital & physical)
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and validation of registration data
• Develop and implement SOPs for registration processes
• Monitor processing times and service delivery standards

Data Management & Security

• Ensure data protection, privacy compliance, and secure storage
• Implement data validation, verification, and auditing mechanisms
• Generate management reports and dashboards
• Maintain data integrity and backup systems

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and institutional requirements
• Align registration procedures with government/donor guidelines
• Prepare documentation for audits and technical reviews
• Implement internal controls to prevent fraud and data manipulation

Team Leadership & Capacity Building

• Supervise registration officers, IT support staff, and data teams
• Provide technical guidance and training
• Assign tasks and monitor performance
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with IT, operations, government authorities, and vendors
• Act as the technical focal point for registration-related matters

Risk & Quality Management

• Identify operational and technical risks
• Implement contingency and disaster recovery plans
• Ensure quality assurance of registration processes and outputs

Qualifications & Experience

• B.A/B.Sc / M.A / M.Sc degree in any discipline
• 10/8 years of professional experience with 5/4 years in operational leadership
• Experience managing registration systems, digital platforms, or large-scale databases
• Strong knowledge of data protection and cyber-security
• Experience in government or donor-funded programs is an advantage

• Database management (SQL/NoSQL)
• System integration and API management
• IT infrastructure and cloud platforms
• Data analytics and reporting tools
• Cyber-security best practices
• Project management tools
