Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Manage IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery
• Lead and supervise IT staff, system administrators, and support teams
• Oversee networks, servers, cloud systems, applications, and cybersecurity
• Establish IT policies, standards, and procedures
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems
• Manage IT budgets, procurement, and cost optimization
• Oversee IT projects, system upgrades, and implementations
• Ensure data protection, backup, and disaster recovery readiness
• Monitor system performance and IT risks
• Manage IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
• Provide technology guidance to senior management
• Prepare IT performance and risk reports

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field
• 6/4 years of experience managing IT operations and large IT projects
• Strong knowledge of networks, systems administration, security, databases, and IT infrastructure
• Experience with digital identity systems and large-scale enrollment operations is a plus
